Philip J. Scolieri, Esq.
Principal
Mr. Scolieri's practice is concentrated in the areas of real
estate law, construction law, and business law, with particular
emphasis on private and commercial projects. His practice also
extends into the areas of decedents' estates and other Orphans’
Court matters.
Mr. Scolieri received his law degree from Duquesne University
School of Law in 1984. Mr. Scolieri holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where he
graduated in 1981; and also a Minor in History from the University
of Pittsburgh. He is also a graduate of Central Catholic High
School in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Scolieri is admitted to all
Pennsylvania Courts and to the United States District Court for the
Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Scolieri is a member of the
Allegheny County Bar Association, Real Estate Law Section and
President of the Professional Referral Exchange of the Triangle,
Pittsburgh, PA.
Mr. Scolieri is a licensed title agent for Lawyers Title
Insurance Corporation/LandAmerica, First American Title Insurance
Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. He is also an Approved
Attorney for the above companies.
Mr. Scolieri has been in private practice since 1984 and has been
a member of Dornish & Scolieri, P.C. since 1995. Dornish &
Scolieri, P.C. is a full service business law firm with five
attorneys, two full-time paralegals and various other staff.
