Mr. Dornish=s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, small business and construction law.  He also has experience in both State and Federal Courts handling jury and non-jury trials.  Mr. Dornish is admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts, the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, The United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Mr. Dornish received his law degree, Cum Laude, from Duquesne University where he also received the American Jurisprudence Award in Property Law.  Mr. Dornish has received an A/V rating from the Martindale Hubble Legal Directory, www.martindalehubble.com .

Mr. Dornish is licensed by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as a real estate instructor (RI License # 004655) and teaches classes in Evictions, Foreclosures and other aspects of Real Estate Law and related litigation through the Realtors Educational Institute of Pittsburgh, the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the American Congress of Real Estate.  Mr. Dornish is a frequent lecturer on real estate and small business law topics to real estate investors, other lawyers, real estate agents and brokers.  Mr. Dornish is a director and secretary of the board of directors of ACRE of Pittsburgh, Inc., an organization of real estate investors of over 700 members.  Mr. Dornish is a director of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Owners Association (PROA), a state wide organization of real estate investors, and is chairman of that association=s judicial committee.

Mr. Dornish is also an active Free Mason, and currently served 2005 and 2006 as president of the Masonic Fund Society of Allegheny County, directing the fraternity=s real estate holdings in the County.  He is a member of Mensa, and the firms offices serve as that association=s southwestern Pennsylvania test site.

Mr. Dornish is a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation/Land America and First American Title Insurance Company and an active real estate investor.
