Dornish & Scolieri represents owners, contractors and sub-contractors involved in private and public construction projects.  Dornish & Scolieri provides advice from the bidding process through conception to completion of a construction project. During the bidding and contracting stages of a project, we work to identify risks that may arise and determine how to best remove the risk or address it through pricing or other appropriate contract provisions.  We also aggressively advocate for our clients when disputes arise.  Dornish & Scolieri has broad experience litigating construction claims resulting from delays, acceleration, changes and differing site conditions and deficiencies in design or construction.

We represent architects, engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals as well as building contractors, home inspectors and owners/developers. Our goal is to provide practical, economical services to the individuals and firms that work in the design and construction industry. We concentrate on preventing legal problems, principally through intelligent contract preparation and subsequent contract administration.
